Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and any medical history or questions you want to discuss with the doctor readily available.

123 Medical is not an emergency service. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 999 immediately or visit your nearest Accident & Emergency department.

What are your hours of operation?

Our online Doctor services are available Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, and weekends 9 AM to 5 PM Please check our website for any changes to our operating hours during holidays

Do you accept the NHS or private insurance, and how does billing work?

Currently, our services operate on a private basis and are not covered by the NHS or private health insurance plans.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment via our website or by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid any charges.

Cancellations later than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment will be fully charged.
